In a dominant performance, Anoka cruised to an impressive 88-52 victory over St. Thomas Academy. The Anoka players showcased their skills, proving they are a force to be reckoned with this season. Meanwhile, Armstrong battled hard and managed to pull out a close win against Cooper, ending the game at 69-63.

The scoring continued to be high with Benilde-St. Margaret’s overpowering Stewartville with a score of 75-57. Another standout performance came from Blake, who dominated Dassel-Cokato with a score of 92-47. These teams are certainly making their mark early in the season.

In other notable matchups, Cretin-Derham Hall defeated Orono by a score of 75-64, while Moorhead edged out Rosemount with a final score of 76-67. Eastview also celebrated a narrow win against Bloomington Jefferson, finishing at 61-56.

In the Northwest Suburban conference, the gym was packed as Blaine/Andover took first place in the all-around competition, scoring 127.375 against Centennial, who scored 126.525.
