A special cookout was organized for alumni from classes 1954 to 1965, hosted by Willie P. Coleman and family at the park pavilion, further solidifying the community spirit among the attendees.

At this recent gathering, Johnnie McDuffie, the newly appointed chairman of the McCrorey-Liston Alumni Association, announced plans for the Grand Reunion celebrating the 70th Anniversary of McCrorey-Liston School.
