Aiken Secures Victory in Region Play
Aiken hosted South Aiken in a 4A region rivalry volleyball match, played before a packed student section. Aiken, referred to as the Hornets, swept South Aiken, known as the T-Breds, with a 3-0 victory. This win improves Aiken’s season record to 17-4.
Head coach Kelsey Yarbrough expressed pride in her players, noting their consistent hard work and execution. The match marked the conclusion of Aiken’s first round of full region play. Looking ahead, Aiken is scheduled to compete against Pickens and River Bluff.
